I have been there too, acting like sissy and nervous when I am in a conversation with a woman. And so how do I solve this problem? Solving this problem may make you feel uncomfortable but it is worth the effort if you really want to become an alpha male.

Practice, practice, and more practice. The best way to stop your nervousness when you are with attractive women is to practice. Fear is a common emotion that you will feel when approaching women. So, just get used to it. Think of fear another way. Fear is a powerful emotion that can either destroy you or propel you. Hence, I believe you want fear to propel you. So, make fear your ally and make it your tool to overcome your nervousness. Alpha male feel fear too but what makes alpha male different is that they are able to take advantage of the fear to help them.

Ask yourself this question. Besides feeling afraid approaching the attractive women, what other emotions did you feel? If you think hard enough, in the midst of your fear, you feel excited too. Hence, enjoy the moment of feeling excited and approach the women. Even when you are interacting with them, the excitement is still in you. Live for the excitement and have fun having a conversation with the women. Trust me, it is really fun.

Another key point for beginners who just started approaching women is to start small. I don't really recommend approaching women that are in groups as they need a different set of skills. Approach women that are alone in malls, bookstores, or grocery stores. Women that are alone are usually more easy to talk to and much easier to handle. Alpha male also prefer to approach women that are alone due to lesser distractions from her friends.

Also, don’t worry whether the women is married, have a boyfriend or whatever. Your mission is to practice. Talk to any women you met and most of the time you will get into a small conversation. After you have talked to them, reflect upon them; see what you have learned from the small conversation. This valuable experience is great for your goal to become an alpha male. Have fun talking to different types of women and if you met with a cute one, get her email. Alpha male not only knows how to approach attractive women but also any types of women.
