Pelanggaran Aturan Main Google Adsense
Program adalah program periklanan melalui web yang populer dan sedang "hot" saat ini. Melalui program ini setiap pemilik web memperoleh kesempatan untuk mendapatkan penghasilan atau uang dari web yang dimilikinya tersebut.
Sayangnya, beberapa web atau blog yang berpartisipasi dalam program ini seringkali membuat kesalahan, baik tanpa disengaja atau memang disengaja, yang melanggar aturan main yang telah ditetapkan oleh Google.
Berikut adalah daftar kesalahan atau tindakan yang bisa menyebabkan kesalahan pelanggaran aturan. Disebut "kesalahan" karena tidak sesuai dengan , dan yang terdapat pada situs tersebut.
1. Jangan pernah mengklik sendiri iklan pada halaman blog Anda-dengan alasan apapun. Anda pasti sudah paham dengan aturan ini. Termasuk jangan meminta teman atau keluarga untuk melakukannya, menawarkan insentif bayaran bagi orang lain untuk melakukannya, menggunakan automated clicking tools atau software lainnya. Google Adsense dapat mengetahui jika Anda melakukan ini.
2. Jangan mengubah kode Adsense. Untuk keperluan costumization dan optimization, Anda dibolehkan mengubah warna, warna background atau border atau apapun pada bagian luar (outside) sesuai keinginan Anda. Tapi jangan sekali-kali untuk mengubah kode pada bagian dalamnya.
3. Jangan meletakkan lebih dari 3 ad unit dan 3 ad links atau 2 adsense search box pada setiap blog. Sebenarnya jika Anda meletakkan lebih dari ketentuan di atas maka "kelebihan" iklan tersebut tetap tidak akan tampil atau tampak di blog Anda. Tapi karena ini ketentuan yang mereka tetapkan, jadi sebaiknya Anda patuhi.
4. Jangan menjalankan contextual text ad atau search box yang lain pada blog yang sama dimana terdapat program GoogleAdsense. Jangan coba membuat link yang bisa "mengganggu" iklan adsense pada blog Anda atau menggunakan competitive search tools (seperti kotak pencarian). O ya, Google tetap membolehkan program afiliasi atau limited-text links, juga membolehkan meletakkan contextual advertising seperti Yahoo ads, Chitika dll.
5. Hanya boleh menuliskan sponsored links atau advertisements pada judul label iklan. Tulisan lain tidak diperkenankan.
6. Iklan Adsense harus terbuka pada halaman yang sama. Jangan membuat halaman lain (new page) untuk iklan adsense yang diklik.
7. Satu akun (account) dapat dipakai untuk banyak site atau blog. Tidak perlu membuat 5 akun untuk 5 blog, satu akun cukup untuk semua blog. Jika Anda khawatir satu akun bisa dinonaktifkan, misalnya karena melanggar aturan main, maka mereka tetap akan menonaktifkan semua akun Anda yang lain jika Anda melanggar.
8. Tempatkan iklan hanya pada halaman yang berisi konten saja. Jangan membuat halaman lain yang tidak berisi konten untuk diisi iklan. Halaman tersebut misalnya: halaman login, registrasi, selamat datang, ucapan terimakasih, pop ups, dan lain-lain. Jika melakukan hal ini, maka partisipasi Anda dalam program ini akan dinonaktifkan.
9. Jangan "menyamarkan" elemen iklan. Misalnya membuat URL iklan berwarna sama dengan warna background blog, sehingga tidak nampak. Juga jangan membuat iklan menjadi terblok oleh gambar lain, tabel, pop ups dll.
10. Jangan mengirimkan iklan melalui email.
11. Tetap pada konten. Jangan menempatkan iklan pada halaman yang tidak ada kontennya (kosong). Jangan menambahkan blog Anda dengan MP3, Video, News Groups, dan Image Results. Hindari pula dari blog Anda segala bentuk pornografi, menyebarkan kebencian, kekerasan, atau illegal content lainnya.
12. Jangan mengubah ukuran dari halaman yang ditampilkan setelah sebuah iklan ditampilkan atau hasil sebuah pencarian search box. Ukuran disini meliputi frame, minimize, remove, redirect dll.
13. Hindari iklan yang berlebihan dan keyword terlalu sering Walaupun batasan "berlebihan" di sini kurang jelas, tetapi Google adsense dengan penempatan yang tepat, konten yang fokus dan traffic tinggi akan memberikan Anda pendapatan yang tinggi-sehingga pemasangan iklan yang berlebihan tidak perlu Anda lakukan.
14. Bahasa dalam Blog. Kalau syarat ini Anda tidak perlu khawatir, karena adsense mengenal bahasa Indonesia. Selain bahasa Indonesia, Adsense juga mendukung dalam bahasa Chinese (simplified), Japanese, Danish, Korean, Dutch, Norwegian, English, Polish, Finnish, Portuguese, French, Russian, German, Spanish, Hungarian, Swedish, Italian and Turkish. Sedangkan Adsense untuk search tersedia dalam bahasa Czech, Slovak, and Traditional Chinese.
Jika Anda bisa menghindari kesalahan tersebut maka blog Anda bisa terhindar dari resiko kena banned dari program Google Adsense ini. Artinya Anda masih tetap bisa menghasilkan uang dari blog Anda.
