Un anno mort'e sotterrato
E mentre il papa recitava il te deum si staccava dall'antartide un iceberg gigantesco; il dittatore giustiziato veniva calato nella fossa e un tale di Rieti si tagliava di netto un braccio con la motosega credendolo un ramo d'ulivo (la moglie ivi presente lesta recuperò l'arto e se lo portò a casa ma lasciò lì il marito).

Anno nuovo, vita nuova! Per salutare degnamente il nuovo anno, pare non sia sufficiente levare in alto i calici o indossare qualcosa di nuovo, qualcosa di vecchio, qualcosa di regalato ed ovviamente qualcosa di rosso! Esiste infatti una moltitudine di riti scaramantici dalle origini più curiose; tutti riconducibili all'intento di dimenticare le negatività e propiziarsi fortuna, amore, prosperità per l'anno a venire.
La Via della Condanna

La mia Africa
Quando ero bambina guardavo sempre una serie televisiva dal nome "Nata Libera", che raccontava le avventure di una leonessa (Elsa) adottata cucciola da una famiglia e poi restituita alla savana. Non ne perdevo una puntata. Era un appuntamento fisso dei miei pomeriggi. Davanti alla televisione sognavo di avere anche io il mio leoncino con cui giocare, che mi sarebbe stato affezionato e che crescendo sarebbe diventato uno splendido leone dalla criniera fulva.
