When we have NAT'S: 1.W e adversely affect our self esteem and confidence. 2.We stop ourselves from doing things and therefore achieve less. 3.We avoid people and situations and therefore deny ourselves the opportunity for positive feedback. 4.We reinforce negative beliefs we have about ourselves.

Frequently couples are in a situation when they assume that the other person is aware of how she/he feels about them .They fully believe that they have shown their belief in and support of the other. You Can't Lose When You Make A Decision.
This makes it easier to make a decision as we view each option as having positive attributes and accept that we can still make other changes if necessary at a future date. Worry
Everyone worries at some time or other. The degree to which we worry varies from person to person and with individual circumstances. Most of my life I have spent mentoring good people who wanted to succeed in life or in some special area of their lives, and some people who "just didn't get it". It seems that there is just not very much you can do to teach someone who doesn't want to be taught. In this regard I have the utmost respect for school teachers. Mentoring takes a great of time and energy and I've heard it said that it's getting harder to find people who are willing to really put in the time or the effort to help another person. I personally do not agree with this. I see people helping others all the time. I see it because that is what I look for. I choose to look at the positive side of things. If I was looking for the negative, I would find it. I derive great pleasure in seeing people that I have mentored in one way or another succeed in a venture or in fulfilling a dream of theirs. It comes from wanting to help the other person, not for what you get out of it. If that is your mentality then you need to mentor yourself, or get a good mentor to help you. Many times I have watched brilliant people fail, because they did not understand how to or why or have the right attitude to mentor others. Giving to others is one of the most fulfilling aspects of life. I am now trying to analyze why these people, who have great potential, sometimes don't seem to understand their own resources and utilize them to their full potential. It staggers the imagination thinking of what they COULD do if they were to utilize and share their knowledge and wisdom. Andrew Carnegie shared his wisdom with Napoleon Hill and because of that sharing, Napoleon Hill became Rich and Famous. He shared the same teachings with countless millions of people through his book "Think and Grow Rich" which helped many people to become rich beyond their wildest dreams. Of course I am referring to "The Secret" which Napoleon Hill mentions countless times in this book. I seriously recommend "Think and Grow Rich" to anyone who is having trouble with any aspect of their life. You will be revitalized and have a new attitude after you finish this book. Since reading this book many years ago, I have continuously used the saying "Success Is A Matter of Attitude" I have instituted this saying in every company and situation I could. I have always found it to be true. Keep your attitude positive and force out the negative thoughts and you will see more happiness and a fuller more abundant life. So, remember: SUCCESS IS A MATTER OF ATTITUDE
