Infomercial Fitness Products Suck For Fat Loss

Maybe it was the gratuitous shots of the perfect 6 pack , or the sculpted flat stomach of the bronzed models on screen. I can certainly say it was not what was said, as it was all in German, which I know the about three words of! The TV shop program shown one morning in the Gym got me thinking how many folk actually buy into this stuff What was I watching!!! Hell, as a fairly cynical viewer of adverts I was surprised about how easily drawn in I was, which made me wonder how many people get hooked in to those "fitness" products that promise so much but rarely deliver.
